The house is situated on a property unusually large for Holland (485 m²). The surface area inside is approx. 74m²  in total. It is furnished for to four persons.

Entering the house gives you immediately the feeling that can fall down and recover. A pleasant atmosphere spreads around thanks to the friendly vibrancy of the house and the good taste furniture.

The generous window fronts to both sides open the area outward and get nature inward

Superfast broadband internet connection (over tv cable) is available free of charge (up to 1GB Up and Download)

On thefirst  floor are two bedrooms with double beds, armchair and cabinets


Outside

Rank plantings to the way and to the neighbours offer protection from curious views. The large garden with lawns and terrace lies all day long in the sun - fortunately not everywhere simultaneous. During the high summer high oaks, maple trees and beeches donate shade. In addition there is a brise soleil over the terrace. Gardenfurniture in teak.

The shed in the garden offers sufficient place for your surfboards, bicycles, etc.. A barbeque is present.

Up to 2 cars (or car and trailer)  can park in the entry. Moreover a small parking is located in the opposite to the entry.
